Academic Affairs Office

The Academic Affairs Office is responsible for managing the processes:

  • Attend and answer to all requests made by students
  • Academic record (enrollment, recognition, evaluation, etc.)
  • Accreditation
  • General School documentation Register
  • Agreements.
  • Mobility

Public Attention Timetable:

In normal time, the public opening hours are as follows:

Mornings: Monday to Thursday from 11h to 14h and Friday from 11h to 13h.
Afternoons: Wednesdays and Thursdays from 16h to 17h.

Academic Office closure due exceptional (Telecogresca, etc.): It will be announced at the following link: Open Academic Office

During Summer, Christmas and Easter periods, the opening hours will be:

  • 1st June to 30th September. Only morning timetable: From Monday to Thursday from 11h to 14h and Friday from 11h to 13h.
  • August. The Academic Office will remain closed.
  • Christmas and Easter. During Christmas and Easter periods, the Academic Office will be generally closed.
