Certificate of attendance

How: Upload good scan signed and stamped by the host institution at prisma-nou.upc.edu/estudiants > Mobility stay > Documentation.

When: At the end of the stay (it cannot be signed before the end date stated on the certificate).

Model: At prisma-nou.upc.edu/estudiants > Mobility stay > Documentation. Different model for Erasmus and non Erasmus.

Requirements to be accepted:

• The date of the signature cannot be previous to the end date stated on the certificate (it must be equal or greater).
• The initial date must be equal to the date on the certificate of arrival.
• The certificate must not have any stud or correction.
• At the first two options, if you did a stay for studies, mark the option "Has been enrolled in our institution...", and if you did a stay for traineeship, although in a university, mark the second option ("has been arrived at our entreprise...").
• It must be our model. We DON'T ACCEPT the model of the host institution.

This certificate is essential to justify the grant received (if any) and close the mobility. If you don't submit it, we won't be able to recognise what you have performed at the host institution and you will have to return the amount of the grant (if any).

If you have received a grant from an agency different from Erasmus (eg. Mobint), you should see at their call if they have a model of their own for the certificate of attendance. If so, you will need both models: ours and theirs.

Only for Erasmus Students

As well as the certificate of attendance, in order to close the stay, you will need to:

• Answer online the students survey. You will receive it with a personalized link. In case you don't answer, you will have to return the amount of the grant.
• Sign the addenda to the financial agreement that we will send you, in case there is any difference in days between the expected period and the period finally stated at the certificate of attendance. 

Assessment documents:

Final thesis: You will find the information (except for the Grau en Eng. de Dades -GCED) at Final thesis in mobility (except from GCED). Have in mind the cases in which you must defend at ETSETB or not. Have also in mind how to do the diposit of your final report and other written work, at the section "During the mobility" of the same site.

Courses: Transcript of records of the host university. We need it in original format, with signature and stamp, or with digital signature (scanned signature or stamp is not accepted). One week after reception, we will convert the grades into your UPC file.
