Driverless UPC
Who are we?
Driverless UPC is a division of ETSEIB Motorsport made up of Barcelona School of Telecommunications Engineering (ETSETB - TelecosBCN) and Industrial Engineering (ETSEIB) students. We are in charge of the designing, manufacturing and testing the fully autonomous car that will participate in the Driverless category.
Vision
Our long term goal is to become the best driverless Formula Student car.
Mission
The main mission of the team is to build an autonomous racing car. For that, the 22 students of Bachelor and Master Degrees in Industrial, Telecommunications, IT and Mathematical Engineering will first have to:
- Shape a well-prepared and hard-working team.
- Develop technical, team work and soft skills.
- Prepare future engineers for the upcoming challenges.

Formula student
Formula student is a worldwide engineering competition where our car from Driverless UPC will compite. It is based on designing and manufacturing a single-seater race car. It is divided in three categories: Combustion, Electric and Driverless. Moreover, all categories have two types of events: Static and Dynamic.
