Examination

If you need to justify your attendance at an online examination, you must:

1. Fill in the Online examination attendance form.
2. Send the completed form to the professor of the subject by email to request their signature (electronic or scanned handwritten signature).
3. Once signed, the professor of the subject will send it back to you by email.

If you need to justify your attendance at an examination, you must:

1. Print the Examination attendance form.
2. Have the form signed by the professor invigilating the examination.
3. Take the signed form to the academic secretary's office or the concierge's desk in building B3 so that the school's stamp can be added.

Final thesis defence

If you need to justify your attendance at a final thesis defence, you must:

1. Download and print the Final thesis defence attendance form.
2. Hand it to the secretary of the examination committee to be filled in and signed.

If you need to justify your attendance at an online final thesis defence, you must:

1. Fill in the Final thesis defence attendance form.
2. Send the completed form to the secretary by email to request their signature (electronic or scanned handwritten signature).
3. Once signed, the secretary will send it back to you by email.
