PERSONAL ACADEMIC CERTIFICATE (CAP) (Digital signature)

Who can apply?
Students and graduates of current and phased-out studies managed by the ETSETB.
Requirements

Must have been enrolled in any study at the ETSETB and be up to date with payments.

Students with a "Temporary suspension of academic services" status on their academic record cannot request certificates.

Procedure details

Students with access to e-Secretaria:

  1. Access e-Secretaria > Certificates > Available certificates > Academic certificates > Personal academic certificate (Digital signature)
  2. Indicate "Payment type": Financial institution (only option).
  3. Click "Request".
  4. Access "Forms and payments" to pay the fee.
  5. Within 24-72 hours, once the payment is confirmed in our system, the document will be available at: e-Secretaria > Certificates > My certificates.
  6. Select "Personal academic certificate (Digital signature)" and download the certificate in PDF format.

Students without access to e-Secretaria:

  1. Request via DEMANA ETSETB
  2. Choose "CERTIFICATES" as the support topic, select the certificate type "Personal academic certificate (PAC)", and choose the degree from the dropdown menu.
  3. Attach a scanned copy of both sides of your DNI to the DEMANA ticket.
  4. You will receive the fee payment details in the same ticket, and you must then send us the payment receipt via the same DEMANA ticket.
  5. Once the payment is confirmed in our system, you will receive a notification via email with a link to download the document.

The Personal academic certificate for the Telecommunications Engineering degree (Plan 64) is only available in Catalan or Spanish. For all other degrees, it is issued in Catalan, Spanish, and English in a single document.

Additional relevant information

This document officially certifies the student's or graduate's academic data for their studies in the form of an authentic electronic copy certified by the UPC with a secure verification code (CSV).

This document contains the name of the studies, subjects, credits, grades, academic year, completion date, and final degree grade (provided the studies have been completed).

If you need to legalise the document, you must request the PERSONAL ACADEMIC CERTIFICATE FOR LEGALISATION

  4. You will receive the fee payment details in the same ticket, and you must then send us the payment receipt via the same DEMANA ticket.
  5. Once the payment is confirmed in our system, you will receive a notification via email with a link to download the document.

The Personal academic certificate for legalisation for the Telecommunications Engineering degree (Plan 64) is only available in Catalan or Spanish. For all other degrees, it is issued only in Spanish.

This document officially certifies the student's academic data in their studies within the European credit system in the form of an authentic electronic copy certified by the UPC with a secure verification code (CSV).

The ECTS certificate contains the subjects, semester, local grade, ECTS grade, ECTS credits, total credits obtained, and total credits of the degree. The grade point average of the academic record and the final degree grade are not included.

School insurance is included in the enrolment liquidation sheet on a mandatory basis provided the student is under 28 years of age at the time of formalising enrolment. Students aged 28 or over do not have the option to subscribe to this insurance.

Students with a status of "Temporary suspension of academic services" on their academic record cannot request certificates.

This document is issued by the rector of the UPC and is recognised under Spanish legislation as a substitute for the degree certificate until it is issued.

This document contains the completed studies, the date of payment of the degree issuance fees, and the receipt number.

It is issued in Spanish (you must indicate if you want it in Catalan). Not available in English.

It is valid for one year.
