Your first and last name or ID in the session will be visible to the rest of the participants at the time of attending the session using G Suite Hangouts Meet.
Your image and / or voice will be accessible to other participants if you turn on the camera and / or microphone while attending the session using G Suite Hangouts Meet.
We will use a virtual infrastructure according to a cloud computing model through Google and under the EU-US Privacy Shield agreement.
Your data will not be passed on to third parties, unless it is legally required to do so.
