|
Through the ETSETB Intranet: Appeals regarding marks The coordinator of the subject opens an appeals period within the mark entry period established in the academic calendar of the current academic year.

Additional relevant information
|
Only one appeal can be made per subject and per assessment. The option to make a second appeal for the same subject is intended only for the reassessment period. If the student deletes an appeal, they can only recreate it while the application period is active. |

Procedure details
|
The Curricular Assessment Committee for each bachelor's degree meets at the end of each semester and automatically applies the compensation to those students who meet all the conditions described in the previous section. The student does not have to submit an application. |

Additional relevant information
|
If you do not meet the above conditions, you can submit an application to the Curricular Assessment Committee of the bachelor's degree you are taking so that they consider your case. You must submit the application through your eSecretaria, in the menu Requests > Application > Assessment > Provide information for curricular assessment. The supporting documents (reports, written tests, etc.) that support your request must be attached in your eSecretaria, in the menu Document entry, stating the registration number of the request to provide information for curricular assessment. Requests are resolved with the publication of the final marks for the subjects after the curricular assessment. |

Students who have enrolled for and failed compulsory subjects in the first semester (Q1 - Autumn) of the same academic year. |

Requirements
|
Reassessment consists of an extraordinary examination for the subject failed in the first semester (Q1 - Autumn) in July (end of Q2 - Spring). Subjects enrolled for reassessment only grant the right to take the examination; you cannot attend classes for any group. Some subjects will provide 10-hour intensive review sessions the week before the reassessment examinations. Only subjects enrolled for and failed in the same academic year can be reassessed. Students on the GRETST who fail with a mark equal to or higher than 3 and for a maximum of 2 subjects can opt for reassessment if they enrol for this option. The following subjects cannot be reassessed: ENTIC and PBE. Students on the GREELEC who fail (there is no minimum mark required or maximum number of subjects to reassess) can opt for reassessment if they enrol for this option. Students on the GEF who fail (there is no minimum mark required or maximum number of subjects to reassess) can opt for reassessment if they enrol for this option. |

|
Yes, in the initial stage. Subjects enrolled in the REAND group count towards the maximum number of credits for enrolment (30 ECTS credits combining those inside and outside the initial stage). No, outside the initial stage. In addition to these credits, you can enrol for those allowed by the regulations.
Yes. If you enrol for them in the reassessment group, you will be able to enrol for subjects for which they are prerequisites or corequisites.
No, if you change bachelor's degree, you will have to enrol for the subject to take it normally.
The mark obtained in the reassessment replaces the mark obtained in the theory part of the subject in the ordinary assessment, provided it is higher. If a part of the subject was not assessed by an examination but by projects or practical work, the mark obtained in that part cannot be made up through the reassessment examination. |

To opt for reassessment, you must enrol for the subjects to be reassessed when completing enrolment for Q2 - Spring. Check the "ENROLMENT" date in the Enrolment and academic procedures calendar for your bachelor's degree, for non-new students. Check the dates for the reassessment examination in the Examinations calendar for the Spring semester. |
