A punt de començar el període lectiu del segon quadrimestre, el PROCICAT ha fet públiques noves mesures (d'aplicació en el nostre centre a partir del proper 15 de febrer) on s’indica la represa de classes teòriques presencials per als alumnes de primer curs de grau. Aquesta mesura ha estat fruit de les sol·licituds fetes pels rectors de les universitats catalanes.

Abans de detallar-vos com es concreta això als diferents estudis de l'ETSETB, reitero el meu agraïment a tota la comunitat: professorat, PAS i estudiants, per l'enorme esforç que esteu demostrant, i que ens ha permès cloure amb èxit i aparent normalitat el primer quadrimestre del curs (el segon ja en pandèmia).

De cara a l'inici del quadrimestre, i arrel de les noves mesures de PROCICAT, després de debatre-ho en reunió de directors de centre amb rector i consultat en reunió d'equip directiu amb els respectius caps d'estudis, hem acordat:

• El 1r curs de totes les titulacions de grau (GRETST, GEF, GRELEC) s'impartirà d'acord al model de presencialitat amb aforament restringit tal com es va definir per setembre de 2020. (Amb caràcter general Teoria i Laboratoris a l'aula i laboratoris amb 50% d'aforament, i emissió en streaming síncron quan sigui necessari).
• Resta de cursos de graus i màsters tal com es va definir a la instrucció de 15 d'octubre de 2020 i es va acabar el període lectiu abans de nadal (amb caràcter general teoria online, pràctiques i exàmens presencials)

És molt important que indiqueu la informació detallada tal com es concreta a la vostra assignatura a través d'Atenea.

 l professorat de 1r que torna a impartir les classes de manera presencial, tal com es feia al setembre, cal que segueixi amb especial cura totes les mesures higièniques, sanitàries i de control de ventilació que ja es van recomanar a l'inici del curs 2020-21.

Aquestes mesures són les mateixes que les contemplades per a la impartició de laboratoris pràctics de tots els cursos i estudis de l'ETSETB, que s'ha vingut fent de manera ininterrompuda des de setembre de 2020 i que podem dir amb satisfacció que han resultat amb una absència total de contagis a les pràctiques de laboratori. Des de setembre de 2020 que el comitè COVID ETSETB no ha detectat ni ha reportat cap cas de positiu derivat de l'activitat docent presencial als laboratoris de pràctiques.

És per això que també oferirem, a partir de divendres 12 de febrer, a tot el professorat de primer amb docència presencial, la possibilitat de recollir mascaretes FFP2 a consergeria de l'ETSETB (B3), tal com es venia fent fins ara per les classes de laboratori.

Igualment, per millorar la traçabilitat,a partir del 15 de gener disposareu de l'aplicació APPARCA, desenvolupada per Serveis Informàtics de l'ETSETB. És molt important que recordeu als estudiants la obligació de registrar la seva presència en cada aula i franja horària.

Aquesta eina, també els permetrà l'ús de les aules informàtiques de l'A2, com aules d'estudi, per quan estiguin desplaçats al campus i hagin de fer un seguiment online des del campus.

Dear Sirs,

On the verge of beginning the school term of the second semester, the PROCICAT has made public new measures (of application in our center from the next 15 February) where indicates the resumption of face-to-face theoretical classes for the students of first course of degree. This measure has been the result of requests made by the rectors of Catalan universities.

Before detailing how this materializes in the different studies of the ETSETB, I reiterate my gratitude to the whole community: teachers, PAS and students, for the enormous effort you are showing, and which has allowed us to close successfully and apparent normalcy the first semester of the course (the second already in pandemic).

For the beginning of the semester, and as a result of the new measures of PROCICAT, after debating it in meeting of directors of center with rector and consulted in meeting of managerial team with the respective heads of studies, have agreed:

• The 1st year of all undergraduate degrees (GRETST, GEF, GRELEC) will be taught according to the attendance model with restricted capacity as defined for September 2020. (In general Theory and Laboratories in the classroom and laboratories with 50% capacity, and synchronous streaming broadcast when necessary).

• Other degree and master's courses as defined in the instruction of October 15, 2020 and ended the school period before Christmas (generally online theory, internships and face-to-face exams

It is very important that you indicate the detailed information as specified in your subject through Athena.

1st year teachers who are once again teaching classes in person, as was done in September, must follow with special care all the hygienic, sanitary and ventilation control measures that were already recommended at the beginning of the 2020 academic year. -21.

These measures are the same as those contemplated for the teaching of practical laboratories of all the courses and studies of the ETSETB, which has been done uninterruptedly since September 2020 and which we can say with satisfaction that they have resulted in a total absence of contagion in laboratory practices. Since September 2020, the COVID ETSETB committee has not detected or reported any positive cases arising from face-to-face teaching activity in internship laboratories.

That is why we will also offer, from Friday 12 February, to all first-year teachers with face-to-face teaching, the possibility of collecting FFP2 masks at the ETSETB concierge (B3), as has been done so far by the laboratory classes.

Also, to improve traceability, from January 15 you will have the APPARCA application, developed by ETSETB Computer Services. It is very important that you remind students of the obligation to register their presence in each classroom and time slot.

This tool will also allow them to use the A2 computer classrooms, as study classrooms, for when they are on campus and have to monitor online from campus.
