The Mobile Communications Research Group (GRCM), taking advantage of the fact that the Mobile World Congress (MWC) is being held in Barcelona this week, has organized a conference on 6G delivered by Stefan Ballmann from Rohde & Schwarz, who will provide an industrial perspective on the roadmap towards 6G.

Stefan Ballmann earned his degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Kaiserslautern and completed his diploma thesis at the UPC in 1995. He spent several years as a development engineer, first working on secondary-radar systems at Siemens and later handling production-test solutions at Rohde & Schwarz. For more than two decades, he has been in product management for conformance and certification test solutions for mobile communication at Rohde & Schwarz.
