The Barcelona School of Telecommunications Engineering (ETSETB) is  recognised for having become an outstanding school not only in Catalonia and Spain but also internationally. This is the result of the School's continued commitment to excellence, an objective reflected in its mission and strategic plans, and its unequivocal desire to achieve a high degree of satisfaction among the stakeholders associated with the School.

A quality assurance system is an essential instrument to continue deepening this line of work in order to ensure, based on the evidence provided by the School's processes its results are regular analysed corrective actions when necessary, and society is systeatically informed of these results.
