The autumn FòrumTIC has the following modality of participation:

• Autumn modality: this modality ONLY gives access to autumn edition. This modality give the access to an exclusive meeting room for 4 hours of workshops and recruitement processes in a exclusive schedule gap dedicated to only ONE company.

• Workshop: workshop with enrolled students.
• Recruitement process: recruitement process with selected students.

The activities of the autumn edition are held on meeting and conference rooms on the North Campus of the Polytechnic University of Catalonia, BarcelonaTECH.

1. Contact with FòrumTIC organitzation at forumtic.upc@gmail.com and ask for the interest letter.
2. Fill and complete the interest letter (don't forget the company sign and stamp). The interest letter does NOT guarantee the access to the FòrumTIC autumn edition.
3. Only the 10 selected companies will receive the registration form.
4. Fill and complete the registration form (don't forget the company sign and stamp). 
5. The participant companies must provide an e-mail in order to receive students' CV to make their own student selecction to allow them the access to the company's activities.
6. Participation fees have to be paid before deadline: 20th of October of 2016, otherwise the company partipation will be cancelled.

IMPORTANT: Due the exclusivity format of the FòrumTIC - Autumn Edition the number of participant companies is limited to 10. The selection criteria will be “first in, first out”, using the chronological order of receiving fulfilled interest letters.
