Benvolguts estudiants,

En primer lloc, us desitjo un feliç any nou i esperances per al 2021.

A punt d’iniciar el període d’exàmens d’aquest semestre, encara som conscients de l’evolució de la pandèmia i probablement tingueu algun dubte sobre les darreres notícies publicades.

El 4 de gener, el govern va publicar les noves mesures contra el COVID. Ja es va anunciar a la mateixa roda de premsa que els exàmens universitaris no es veuran afectats. Ahir, dia 5, el rector va enviar una declaració a tota la comunitat al respecte.

Avaluant les circumstàncies, us enviem les directrius d’actuació:

El calendari d'exàmens segueix el que ja estava programat. El format és majoritàriament presencial i, en tot cas, no hi ha cap canvi respecte al que es va anunciar abans de les vacances.

Conscients de l’empitjorament dels indicadors COVID a causa de l’augment de la socialització durant el Nadal, hem d’extremar les mesures higièniques i sanitàries com sempre hem fet: màscara, higiene de mans, distància mínima i ventilació. Pot haver-hi alguns canvis d’aula en alguns exàmens per facilitar la ventilació i evitar la congestió a les entrades i sortides.

Aquells estudiants que, a causa d’un COVID positiu o d’un tancament preventiu a l’espera de la PCR, no puguin presentar-se a l’examen en la data i lloc previstos, han de notificar-ho al coordinador de l’assignatura abans de l’examen i enviar la documentació justificativa adequada a infocovid.etsetb@upc.edu (fins al 28 de gener).

El coordinador de l'assignatura indicarà el mecanisme alternatiu per garantir l'avaluació.

Per tal de facilitar la mobilitat intermunicipal, el certificat emès per l’escola està disponible a la intranet. Heu de mantenir junt el certificat d’autoresponsabilitat i el document de matrícula.

És important recordar que, en el moment de la inscripció, els estudiants de l’ETSETB es comprometen a actuar amb honor en totes les activitats acadèmiques. Es considerarà una falta molt greu cometre un abús interessat de les mesures i facilitats per a l’avaluació que implementem a causa del COVID.

Qualsevol cas particular que no estigui cobert pels punts anteriors haurà de ser resolt entre la Comissió COVID, el cap d’estudis i el coordinador de l’assignatura.

Com sempre, tot l'equip directiu està a la vostra disposició per a qualsevol cosa que pugueu necessitar.

Dear students,

First of all I wish you a happy new year and lots of fun and hope for 2021.

About to start the examination period of this semester we are still aware of the evolution of the pandemic and you probably have some doubts regarding the latest published news.

On January 4, the government published the new measures against COVID. It was already announced at the same press conference that university exams will not be affected. Yesterday, the 5th, the rector sent a statement to the whole community in this regard.

Assessing the circumstances, we send you the guidelines for action:

The exam schedule follows as already scheduled. The format is mostly face-to-face and in any case there is no change with respect to what was announced before the holidays.

Aware of the worsening of COVID indicators due to the increase in socialization during Christmas, we need to extreme the hygienic and sanitary measures as we have always done: mask, hand hygiene, minimum distance and ventilation. There may be some classroom changes in some exams to facilitate ventilation and prevent congestion at entrances and exits.

Those students who, due to a positive COVID or preventive confinement awaiting PCR, cannot take the exam on the scheduled date and place, must notify the coordinator of the subject before the exam and send the proper justifying documentation to infocovid.etsetb@upc.edu (until January 28).

The coordinator of the subject will indicate the alternative mechanism to guarantee the evaluation.

In order to facilitate inter-municipal mobility, the certificate issued by the school is available on the intranet. You must hold it together the self-responsible certificate and the enrollment document.

It is important to remember that, at the time of enrollment, ETSETB students undertake to act honorably in all academic activities. It will be considered a very serious misconduct to make an interested abuse of the measures and facilities for the evaluation that we deploy due to the COVID.

Any particular case that is not covered by the previous points will have to be resolved between the COVID Committee, the head of studies and the coordinator of the subject.
