Requirements:  Courses: Bachelor Degree (240 ECTS) + 1st year Master MET at ETSETB (60 ECTS) + Compulsory courses and Research (6 months) at IIT (in total 64 ECTS)
 Before leaving:

Financial Responsability: - All ETSETB's students will be responsible for any fees not covered by scolarships or waivers (including, but no limited to, tuition fees, room and board, insurance, books, supplies and personal expenses. 
- All ETSETB students shall be required to participate in IIT's Student Health Plan, for the duration pf their enrollment at IIT.
Scolarships: Master of Engineering or Master of Information Technology & Management students may be eligible to receive a 9 ECTS tuition scolarship for two consecutives semesters. Those nominated for such scolarship must meet all admission requirements and must enroll for at least 24 ECTS in their program of study per semester. Scolarship cannot be renewed after the first year.

Entering period: Fall/Spring
Requirements:  Courses: In principal, as the standard course of study, the students are expected to complete five years of studies in the home institution in total. The host institution will then demand as a minimum one year (60 ECTS-credits) of courses plus the Final degree project, all specified in an individual Learning Agreement. This amount of studies is expected to fulfill the requirements of the degrees on both sides. Prerequisite language courses are not counted within this frame of studies.
Languages:

Swedish (B1/B2).

With no previous knowledge in Swedish, it currently requires passing 4 courses of 7.5 credits each (A1; A2; B1; B1/B2).

As an alternative, the students can choose to take the Swedish language test for higher education called TISUS.

Since Swedish language is a prerequisite for studies, the credits for the Swedish language courses are not included in the credits counting towards the degree, but can be distributed on a course certificate at the end of the study period.

Application deadline:

Fall semester: April 15th for studies/project work starting in August/September or later in the autumn.

Spring semester: October 15th for studies/project work starting in January or later in the spring.

Students will stay 3 semesters at PM after a complete 1st year at ETSETB.

Languages: Italian and English.
Admissions:

- The parties shall agree on the application procedure, including application deadlines, selection criteria and student quota. They will be defined in the appendices.

- The students must meet the admission criteria of the Master’s programmes of both institutions. 
- Students are selected and admitted to the Programme based on their academic results, prerequisite requirements, motivation and language skills. The selection is carried out in collaboration between the two institutions. 
- Students shall have a home institution and a host institution defined. 
- Prerequisite for the mobility is that the student has successfully completed a sufficient number of credits at the home institution. 
- No tuition fees are required at the host institution for students participating in the Programme. All students must pay the ETSETB-UPC diploma issue fee .

Control of results: At the end of the academic year, the host institution shall send to the home institution a copy of each student’s transcript in English. The parties agree that exams/courses shall be graded and awarded credits according to the rules of the institution where the exam/course is carried out.
Conditions to be awarded with DD: In order to be awarded the UPC and the PM master’s degree, students must obtain at least 60 ECTS credits programme in each institution. In accordance with legislation in force, students must defend their master’s thesis at UPC in order to be awarded UPC’s master degree.
Legal and social obligations: Students participating in the Programme will be entitled to participate in any introductory programme that may customarily be arranged for international students at the host institution. Students participating under this Agreement shall be enrolled as degree students. Students shall have the same rights and obligations as degree students in the respective institutions.
Material terms: During the mobility, students will be responsible for covering the travel costs to the host country and living costs during their stay, including accommodation, books, equipment, consumables, language tuition prior to the commencement of coursework (where necessary), health and travel insurance, student union fee (if applicable) and other personal expenses arising out of the exchange.

Languages: The language of instruction of the Cluster Dual Master’s Degree Programme is mainly English at UPC and Spanish at PUCP.

- The students must meet the admission criteria of the Master’s programmes of both institutions.

- Prerequisite for the mobility is that the student has successfully completed a sufficient number of credits at the home institution.

The parties agree that exams/courses shall be graded and awarded credits according to the rules of the institution where the exam/course is carried out. If a student does not earn all of the required credits at the host institution within the established period, he/she has the possibility to extend this period for one additional semester in order to fulfil all the required credits only if both academic responsibles for each institution agree with it.
Conditions to be awarded with DD: Each institution grants the student credit transfer from the other institution according to the applicable rules, laws and regulations of that institution. Students successfully completing their studies of the Master’s Degree Programme obtain two degrees, one issued by the home institution and one issued by the host institution. In order to be awarded the UPC master’s degree, students must obtain at least 60 ECTS in the UPC master’s programme.
Legal and social obligations: Students participating under this Agreement shall be enrolled as degree students. Students shall have the same rights and obligations as degree students in the respective institutions. Students participating in the Programme will be entitled to participate in any introductory programme that may customarily be arranged for international students at the host institution.

Telecom Bretagne (ENST) - (AinP) (MET)

The exact length of the period of study required by the host institution in order to receive its degree will be decided on a case-to-case basis after an evaluation of the subjects completed by the individual student at the home institution.

The total duration of the nominal study period required to receive the home institution’s degree must not be prolonged by more than a maximum of one year (60 ECTS) and the period of study, including full-time course work as well as internships, at the host institution should not exceed four semesters (120 ECTS).

- Diplôme d'Ingenieur: ETSETB students shall complete two semesters (1st year) at home institution and four semesters (2nd and 3rd year) at Telecom Bretagne.

- Diplôme National de Master: ETSETB students shall complete two semesters (1st year) at home institution and two semesters (2nd year) at Telecom Bretagne.

Languages: French/English.

Admission: Applications for admission to Telecom Bretagne must be made on-line. The link to access the application form will be sent to the International Office of Telecom BCN every January. Among the documents to be submitted by the students there must be a preliminary study plan, a curriculum vitae, a transcript of records and a letter of nomination from the home institution. Students are selected and admitted to the exchange program based on their academic results, motivation and language skills. The selection is carried out in the students’ home institution, but their final admission is always at the discretion of the host institution. To be admitted to either institution, exchange students should have successfully completed at least 4 years of university level studies (240 ECTS) prior to the start of the exchange. These students will replace their final year and project with courses and other requirements at the partner institution.
Notification of Admission: Acceptance letters should be mailed directly to the students.
Control of results: At the end of each year, the host institution shall send to the home institution a copy of each student’s transcripts in English, and using ECTS credits and grading system. The parties agree that exams/courses shall be graded and awarded credits according to the rules of the institution where the exam/course is carried out.
Conditions to be awarded with DD: Each institution decides, according to its own criteria and under the terms set out in this agreement, if the student is entitled to receive a degree. Each institution grants the student credit transfer from the other institution according to the applicable rules, laws and regulations of that institution.
Legal and social obligations: Students participating under this agreement shall be subject to the rules and regulations of the host institution during the entire duration of their stay. They will also have the rights and privileges enjoyed by other students enrolled at the host institution.
Material terms: No tuition fees are required at the host institution for students involved in the exchange. The students will be responsible for covering the travel costs to the host country and living costs during the stay, including accommodation, books, equipment, consumables, supplementary health insurance, student union fees and other expenses arising out of the exchange.

If a student does not earn all of the required credits at the host institution within the established period, he/she has the possibility to extend this period for one additional semester in order to fulfil all the required credits only if both academic responsible persons for each institution agree with it.
