The Higher Technical School of Telecommunications Engineering of Barcelona (ETSETB) enjoys strong recognition for having achieved recognition as a reference center not only in the Catalan and Spanish environment but also internationally. This milestone is the result of the continuous commitment of our center to excellence, an objective that has been reflected in the mission defined in all its strategic plans, and the unequivocal desire to achieve a high degree of satisfaction among the stakeholders associated with the School.

A quality assurance system is an essential instrument to continue deepening this line of work in order to ensure, based on the evidence provided by the various processes developed by the School, the periodic analysis of the results achieved, promote the adoption of corrective actions when necessary, and systematize their proper dissemination to society.
