Registration
Students who have passed 180 ECTS credits can access the bachelor's thesis offers on the ETSETB intranet and apply for those of their interest. Registration for the bachelor's thesis is done through the intranet offers application, where teaching staff can offer a proposal. The registration must be accepted or rejected by teaching staff and students. An offer can also be agreed upon between teaching staff and students; this must be entered into the application where it will be awarded directly to the student, who must accept it. Once an offer is accepted and registered, students can enrol for the bachelor's thesis. |

Enrolment
Enrolment for the bachelor's thesis is formalised online, within the enrolment period, according to the assigned order (see enrolment for current students). In the event that you do not yet have a registered and accepted offer, enrolment will be done later and you must request it via an application on the e-Secretaria. To enrol for the bachelor's thesis, the maximum number of pending credits to pass must be 36 ECTS credits. Additional enrolment (extension) The validity of the bachelor's thesis enrolment lasts until the ordinary call, and it can be extended until the additional call by paying the administrative services (fees) that will be automatically generated at the beginning of the following semester. If students do not wish to take advantage of the additional enrolment, they must request a grade of absent through e-Secretaria and they must re-enrol in the following semester with a surcharge for second enrolment. Within the deadline established in the calendar, Atenea will enable the "TFG Defence deadline" where it must be stated whether the defence will take place in the ordinary or additional call. If the bachelor's thesis has not been passed after the additional call, it will be graded as absent (NP) and the student must re-enrol with the surcharge for second enrolment. |

Assessment
By the supervisor / co-supervisor They must fill in a numerical mark for the work and the report via the ETSETB Intranet on the "Supervisor/tutor report" tab. The criteria for issuing these assessments can be found in the Rubric for bachelor's thesis assessment (GEF, GREELEC, GRETST). By the examination committee You will find all detailed information in: Current academic year > PDI space > Procedure for the assessment of final theses (TFE). EXAMINATION COMMITTEES
Distinction The number of distinctions cannot exceed 5% of the bachelor's theses enrolled in the semester (including ordinary and additional calls). If the global mark of a bachelor's thesis is 9.0 or higher and the examination committee considers that it deserves a distinction, they must propose it reasonably in the "justification" field. If the number of proposals is higher than 5% of the enrolled students, the head of studies of the bachelor's degree decides which works are finally awarded. Bachelor's theses presented in the extraordinary call cannot obtain the grade of distinction. |
